Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Before sending a product back, please contact our support team.

  • Items must be unused and free from damage not caused by manufacturing faults.
  • All original packaging, manuals, and accessories must be included.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required for all returns.

How to Request a Return

  • Photos or video (required for defective or damaged items)

Refund Process

After we receive and inspect your returned item, you will receive an email confirming whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.

Exclusions

Returns cannot be accepted for:
